WHAT CAN I BUY AT EPICLOOTS?
EpicLoots lists digital game keys and related digital products. Read the product description for the exact edition, activation platform, regional restrictions and system requirements before ordering.
HOW DO I CHECK PLATFORM AND REGION RESTRICTIONS?
Check the platform and region stated on the product page and make sure they match your account. If a restriction is unclear, contact info@epicloots.org before ordering. A game title alone does not confirm that every edition works in every country.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE A GAME KEY?
Follow the activation instructions for the platform and edition shown on the product page and in your order information. Sign in directly through the official platform. Keep your password and unused key private.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER DETAILS?
Check the email address used at checkout, including the spam folder. If you ordered through a registered account, check its Orders section. If you cannot find the order information, contact info@epicloots.org and include your order number if available.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ACTIVATION FAILS?
Check the product platform, account region and the exact activation error. Contact info@epicloots.org with your order number, product name and a description or screenshot of the error. Do not post your full key or password publicly. Refund requests are handled under the Terms & Conditions.
