1) Eligibility & acceptance

• If you use the site on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

2) Services & products

• We sell digital products (e.g., Steam/Origin/Uplay keys or in-game items).
• Delivery methods may include email, secure download, your account area, or, where applicable, platform transfer (e.g., Steam trade).
• We do not create/own game content. All trademarks and game IP belong to their respective owners.

3) Accounts & security

• You may create an account to track orders and manage details.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or involve fraud/abuse.

4) Orders, pricing & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse at our discretion (e.g., fraud/stock errors).
• Prices are shown in EUR (€) (unless otherwise stated) and may change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay any applicable taxes/fees.

5) Delivery of digital goods

• After successful payment, delivery is typically instant to a few hours (rarely longer due to fraud checks or platform issues).
• Ensure your email address and (if applicable) platform trade details are valid and accessible.
• We’re not liable for delays caused by incorrect details, platform restrictions, or outages beyond our control.

6) Refunds & cancellations (digital goods)

• Unredeemed/unused keys may be refundable within 14 days of purchase at our discretion and only if we can verify non-use.
• If a key is defective/invalid, contact us within 48 hours; we may replace or refund after verification.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, redeemed/used keys generally cannot be refunded.
• To request a refund or cancel prior to delivery, contact support@epicloots.org with your order number.

7) User obligations & prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or infringe IP rights;
• provide false information or attempt to circumvent security/anti-fraud checks;
• use bots/scrapers to harvest data;
• resell or distribute keys without our permission.

8) Intellectual property

• Site content (text, graphics, code) is owned by EpicLoots or licensors.
• Game titles, logos, and in-game content belong to their respective owners (e.g., Valve). No endorsement is implied.

9) Privacy & cookies

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpicLoots and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data/goodwill, arising from your use of the site or Products. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
